黑龙江省伊春市金山屯区人，现为北京理工大学理学院教授，化学系主任。1981年9月-1991年9月，在吉林大学化学系无机专业和吉林大学理论化学研究所完成本科,硕士和博士学业。1992年9月-1995年2月，在厦门大学化学系做博士后。曾在香港科大化工系开展合作研究。主持过福建省自然科学基金,兵器工业总公司预研基金,教育部霍英东青年教师基金,国家自然科学基金等课题，入选教育部跨世纪人才培养计划。在膜介质超分子体系的结构和功能研究中，包括膜内纳米微粒的可控组装，核壳结构的纳米材料的制备，功能分子跨膜转移,单微粒气溶胶物理化学等方面取得不少突出成果，近年来有60多篇论文发表在国内外杂志, 30多篇论文被SCI收录，并被多次引用。主要论文如下： 8%;o9$ C
